I had so much fun today at the "Go Red for Women" event in Green Bay! Kristen Steede from Season 7 The Biggest Loser was the speaker for the event and she was very inspirational. My mother-in-law had a stroke a few years ago and had she known the symptoms of a stroke it very possibly could of been avoided. Having the stroke really affected the quality of life she now lives. All of us need to know the symptoms of a stroke because it could save someone. Thank you to all of the staff and volunteers at Go Red Wisconsin you are making a difference.

	Sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body
	Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding
	Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes
	Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination
	Sudden, severe headache with no known cause
